White Cake 2 cups white flour 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 cup water 2 Tbs oil 2 Tbs Earth Balance butter, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional) Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Combine. Fill cake pans or cupcake pans. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes depending on size and shape of pan used. |
